What does Turnkey mean? When we say we deliver a turnkey product, we mean we deliver the following:

  • Design and engineering if needed including prints and documentation
  • Creating a bill of materials
  • Creating an Engineering master than delineates the steps of production
  • Purchasing all materials and inspecting them for quality and compliance
  • Maintaining traceability of materials and processes
  • Performing all machine and fabrication steps
  • Performing QA inspections and documenting results
  • Assembling and testing the finished product
  • Packaging and shipping per customer request

We also offer warehousing for some classes of product depending on size and quantity.

We produce a line of products for Ozonice, Inc. These devices diffuse ozone gas into water. The ozonated water is used for making pure ice and general cleaning and disinfecting purposes. These machines are popular in fish and seafood markets because they help make the product stay fresh longer and remove the smell that can get so strong in these places. We are also working to market them in other sanitary and commercial applications that could use their great cleaning and disinfecting power.

Right Top - Welding a PVC diffusion vessel

Right - An oxygen fed unit with oxygen concentrator and ozone gas destruct unit installed

Below Left, Top - a technician assembles and tests the control panel of a machine such as the one above.

We manufacture several models of these machines. Working from the inventors patent, we provided design and engineering including electrical control and mechanical functions. All components were first drawn in SolidWorks and assembled in a virtual workspace. This assured that they would fit in the cabinet without interfering with each other and helped achieve an efficient and functional layout. All machine and welding work is done in our shop.

Here a 26 gram/hour machine is nearing the final stages of assembly. This unit uses oxygen as the feed gas for ozone production. An oxygen concentrator is mounted at the top right of the chassis together with a device which destroys excess ozone in the overflow line. In the lower cabinet is the circulation pump and contact vessel. The actual ozone generator is not yet installed in this machine.

This is a pool safety device that we manufacture turnkey for Vac-Alert, Inc. This device sits on the intake of a swimming pool pump and monitors the vacuum in the system. Should a swimmer become trapped on the pool drain by the intake vacuum, this device will open the intake to the atmosphere causing the pump to lose its prime and release the swimmer. Many state legislatures are considering making this and similar devices mandatory for all swimming pools, public and private.

These valves are mounted on a test fixture to have their break-open points tested and set. Each valve is cycled many times while its set point is adjusted throughout its range. We purchase the molded parts and machine the internal components from stainless steel. After assembly and test, labels are affixed and the valve is packed in a shipping container together with a video tape describing its proper installation and operation. We ship these finished products in cartons of ten each to distributors across the United States and Canada.
